LIFEGENS LLC Return and Refund Policy


We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are consumable health supplements, we must enforce strict safety and hygiene standards to protect both our customers and our business operations. We offer a **30-day return policy**, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Return Eligibility and Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. For health and safety reasons, **we only accept returns on products that are completely unopened, unused, with the original factory safety seal intact, and in their original packaging**. We cannot, under any circumstances, accept returns or issue refunds for supplement bottles that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us first at info@lifegens.com. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our registered corporate address without prior written authorization.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. 3. Damages, Defects, and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away at info@lifegens.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

* Final sale items, promotional clearance products, or items purchased using gift cards.
* Products with broken safety seals or opened containers.
* Gift cards.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds and Processing
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on the condition of the safety seal. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within **10 business days**. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.
